I got the name Alcan from the window latch

Pictures of the numbers found on the window balances... Alcan is the name found on the window latch... I'm not sure if Alcan is the company that manufactured the windows and latches.

We'd be happy to help, but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end attachments intact to compare to our inventory. Take a look at the video below, it'll go over exactly what we'll need to see.
You'll just need to check to make sure these balances are all identical, other than size. If any balance differs in terms of its series configuration then we'll need to take them individually, on a case by case basis.
