Alcoa 2093 tilt window

A home owner from Florence, KY. says:
The home was built in Florence, KY. between May thru August of 1993. I would like some help identify the parts need for repair. The spiral balance plastic tube is 28 3/4" long with a blue tip. I took a picture of the plastic piece that the spiral balance attaches to in the window frame. I hope this helps in helping me to find the correct parts for replacement. Thanks

Hello,

It looks like you need either our S900 or S600 spiral balance. Which one you need depends on the diameter of the tube. Also, make sure you're only including the tube when measuring the length.

If you need the pivot shoe as well, we would need to see yours uninstalled, along with the exact width and thickness. Thank you!
