For your S600-35 spiral balance, I'd recommend going with the black tip. The red tip will hold up to 30 lbs., but you are hitting the limit. We suggest the black tip that holds up to 40 lbs. For the pivot shoe, we will need the width and thickness to identify a good replacement. To remove the pivot shoe you can try using our 75-069 jamb spreader or cut out method.
