Can you kindly recommend which spiral balance to purchase to replace the broken ones in my Alcoa Vinyl Windows. Also, any tools that might be required too.

Bob, thank you for posting.
Before we move on, where are you beginning the length measurement on your balance? Make sure you're measuring the tube portion only. They should measure on the inch. I know you're missing most of your tube at the tip, so end your measurement right before you get to the color tip.
In the meantime, you should be able to use our Series 600 Spiral Balance with the blue tip option. Note, our balances are made with a metal casing, not plastic.
You can use the 75-006 Charging Tool.
