Alcoa Windows

Question

we have tilt in Alcoa 4092 windows from 1993 (I believe) -they look like the pic but they are dark brown. Is there a list of parts somewhere? i need the trim pieces as they are cracking off, and the pivot bar w the plastic glide under it. can you confirm which one it is please? thanks for any info you can get out of the archives!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't have a record of what parts your window uses. We'll have to start from scratch to see if this is something we can help with. Can you remove an undamaged pivot bar and plastic glide from the window and show us a few photos?

As for the trim, can you remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profile?
