Alcoa tilt window part replacement

Question

I'm looking for some replacement tilt latches and springs for my Alcoa windows, installed in 1995. Can you help me determine the correct parts please? I'd also be interested Ed in install directions.

Hello,

I can't say for sure without knowing the dimensions of your old latches or the shape of their 'teeth' but take a look at our 26-243 and 26-244 and see how the dimensions compare to an undamaged latch. As for your spiral balances, we'll need to see a picture of an undamaged balance removed from the window, as well as the diameter of the tube and the color of the tip at the end of the tube. Unfortunately, we can't get accurate dimensions from photos, especially while the hardware is still installed. Thank you!
