Alcoa window screen from the early 90's. Screens have these two latches on top to hold in place in the frame. Are these replaceable?

Each screen has 2 latches at the top to hold screen in place in the frame. They appear to be riveted and definitely not screwed in.

I recommend our 70-014 screen clip, which is held in place with a 33-005 pop rivet. Let me know what you think!
