I'm pretty sure we can help. Looks like you need a new spiral balance and pivot shoe. 

For the spiral balance, you'll want either our Series 900 or Series 600 depending on the diameter of the outer white tube. If it's 3/8", go with our Series 900. If it's 5/8" or 9/16", go with our Series 600 instead.

I cannot identify your pivot shoe based on these photos, unfortunately. I'll need you to remove it from the window and tell me its thickness. If I have that, I can identify a good match.
