There may be a chance that we can supply you with the replacement balances needed for your window repairs however, I'll need to see photos of the entire balance to identify the right replacement. The string and pulleys you  have provided photos of are installed on most balances, so they wouldn't be sufficient for identify the replacement you need.

 I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. To properly identify them, I'll need to see a photo of any attachments that may be on the top or bottom of the balance.

If this is a tilt window, I'll need to see any attachments that could possibly be left behind in the window or that could possibly be attached to the bottom of the window. If there is a hook at the top of the balance, I'll need to see the space in the window channel where the hook connects.

I will also need to know the stamp/markings from the metal channel of the balance. This number is used to determine the weight range your balances should be able to hold to support the weight of the sash.
