Starting off with your sweep lock, see our 90-005. Confirm your hole spacing measurement matches up with ours. As for the balance, I believe our S395-22 balance could work. It comes assembled with a 19-005 balance top and 15-001 bottom shoe. Compare your balance with ours to see if they are compatible with one another. If everything looks good, then you can go with the 2120 option.
