Alenco 3722/3722F sliding window parts

Question

Hi I'm sorry to be so vague, but the problem is that all the parts are missing from the window besides the locks. Causes window to fall forward out of track when not locked. Can you please tell me how many of each part I need to bring back to original condition?

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid there's really no way of saying what you need without seeing the original parts in the window; these parts are too generic, even among brands, to be any more certain. Is there an identical window in the house that still has its components? If so, can we a pivot shoe, pivot bar, and window balances, removed from the window? Many thanks.
