Alenco 41" x 30" windows

Hi! I have a 25 year old house with Alenco windows. Need to replace the two spring loaded parts that help the window go up and down. The small black wheels inside are kaput. The total length of the spring loaded parts is about 29". Do you have the appropriate parts? Thank you! Fred

Thanks for posting. These are called channel balances. We can definitely help you replace these, but we need more information to be able to help. We need to see photos of the nylon attachments at either end of the balance. Measure the length of the metal channel, but do not include the nylon attachments in that measurement. Finally, show us any stamp code on the metal channel. From there, we'll narrow down what you need.

Thank you! The length of the metal channel is 28". The number that's stamped is 2740 BSI. See the photos below. Let me know if you need any additional information. Appreciate all the help!
