I need help ordering the right channel balance for my alenco windows, installed in 1998

I need to order 6 channels (for 3 windows) See attached photos.(stamped 33D-S DK38)

I need to see a different angle of your balance. I need to see the bottom shoe attachment from the back, with the spring exposed. Can you show me that?

Sorry for the delay. This is actually a balance we normally custom-make, and we wanted to do some legwork before suggesting that.

It turns out, we may not need to custom make it for you. The best stock option is S395-34 with a 3365 stamp option.

However, I'm making this recommendation based on what matches the numbers on your balance, not what matches the size of your window. To verify that you can use the stock option, weigh your window sash, which should fall between 35 and 39 pounds. If it does, buy S395-34 (3365). If it doesn't fall within that range, let me know.
