Alenco Channel Balance

I mistakenly ordered S390-34 34" Series 390 Channel Balance and after looking more closely at the pictures it looks like one of my ends is slightly different. Please let me know if you find a replacement part.

Ah, looks like your top attachment is winged while your shoe isn't. Since you chose our Series 390 channel balance, does that mean you have the 15-001 shoe with a 1-1/8" depth? If so, check S395-34 with the 3340 option. The 395 series balance should be a better match to your existing window balance.
