Thank you for reaching out to us. Though it doesn't have the bottom tail, the 18-174 new style Alenco top sash guide looks like it may work for your sash. The screw hole is 11/32", the width of the body is 5/8" and the depth is 9/16". The balance locking lip is 1-7/32" down. Take a look and see what you think.
