I'm afraid I can't make out your top sash guide's precise dimensions from these photos. It is similar in design to our 18-166, but I recommend reviewing our dimensions to see if it will work for you.

I have Kinco windows in an 18 year old house. I believe your 18-166 matches existing cams. Please confirm, see pics.
