Balance is from an Alenco non tilt window. The length of the metal is 34 inches. The width is 1/2 inch. Stamp shows on balance says 33 3 FN CALDWELL

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 351 or our Series 390 balances.
Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 351 uses the 15-002 while the Series 390 uses the 15-001. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

Thanks Tom for the information. I did the measuring and the bottom measurement on my balance came out at 1 1/16 inch. Do I go with the 15-002 which is 1" or the 15-001 which is 1 1/8"?

I think it's more likely that your shoe used to be the same size as the 15-001 but wore down with age. Even if it is supposed to be 1-1/16", you can always grind it down a little yourself.
