Alenco Window Channel Balance 3640 replacement along with top and bottom sash cams

Question

We are trying to replace the channel balances on an Alenco window and need all the replacement pieces that go a long with that repair. The plastic parts are broken, so we really need everything. Here's the info we have:

Alenco window
Number on channel balance: 3640
Top and bottom sash cams

Please help!

Thanks for posting. I recommend looking at our S395-37 channel balance. This appears to match your pictured hardware.
