Hi - I'm not sure which part to purchase to replace this channel! It has 2790 FK 31 stamped. The metal portion (excluding the plastic ends) measures 28 inches.

Your balance resembles our S395-28. The stamp on your metal channel is an older version and unfortunately does not cross reference to our stamp options. You will need to obtain the weight of the window sash and compare the weight to the strength chart on the product page to choose the correct stamp option. Hello,

You will need to remove the window sash and weigh it on a bathroom scale. Then you will need to refer to the strength option chart on the product page to choose the correct weight range that the balance can support. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
