Alenco non-tilt window sash balance and related parts

Question

I need to replace both window balances on an Alenco non-tilt window sash. The sash weighs 18.4 lbs. The window balances are 28" long with 9/16" sides and are stamped "C 2730". Looking at your site I can't find a specific balance which has the same shoe and top as my current balances, so I am attaching pictures of the current plastic shoe and top. Do you have a recommendation for a channel series which will work? I also need two sash guides, your part number 18-174.

Good morning, and thanks for posting. We need to figure out what that bottom shoe is. Check out our 15-001 and 15-002 and tell me which is a closer match.
