Alenco or HR Windows

Our home was built by Beazer and used either Alenco or HR windows. We have 4 of the window locks that have broken and we need to replace them. We ordered 4 of the 90-309 locks from you (which we will need to return), but they did not work because of the high lip on the part that goes under the window sash to lock it. The screw holes and everything else on the 90-309 part worked.
I am wondering if the 90-005 part will work even though the screw holes are 3/8" on the 90-005 part as compared to 1/2" on the 90-309 part.
The bottom of my current lock says "1OR-5". I have attached 2 picture to see if you can help me.
