Alenco window bead

Question

I am looking for Alenco Window bead - vinyl - the wide part of it is 11/16", which has the part that inserts into the aluminum frame. The narrow part that presses against window is 2/8". I found one in your catalogue that appears to fit, but states that it goes on Acorn window. The part number is 55-161. The difference in the one I have versus your part is that the narrow part on yours is 3/8". Perhaps this is the closest I can get.

I agree, the 55-161 appears to be the best match we have. I'm wondering if its the same for Alenco and Acorn. It does seem that the one end on yours folds on to it self. You say it's a 1/4" leg that goes against the glass. Could it be that some of it broke off, and that it was originally 3/8" long?
