Alenco window stamp on side reads 2730 (27 inch 30lb?)

Tape measure reads 28 inches. I've looked through your parts and seem to get close but not an exact match with top and bottom combined. Can you help please?

Good morning, and thanks for posting. Check out our 15-001 and 15-002 and tell me which is a closer match to the bottom shoe of your old window balance.

height= 1 3/64

depth= 1 1/16

Width (inside track)= 23/64

Width (outside track)=9/16

House is 13 years old and this window is used frequently which could have some ware on plastic parts.

I used a micrometer on all measurements. Hope this helps.

Great. Thank you. If your depth is 1-1/16", then I think you likely have a 15-001 that has just been worn down from use.

If you agree, check out S395-28 with the 2730 option. This balance should be a good fit. Let me know if you need any further help.
