Alenco window weep hole covers

Question

We have an older house from 1976 and some of the weephole are completely destroyed. Trying to find a replacement. I measured both the hole opening and the weep hole pieces.

3/16 height And 1 and 5/16 across
Weep hole piece
1 and 11/16 across
