Alenco windows

I have older Alenco double hung windows installed in my home in 1996. The number on the spring assist is 2720. I've attached pictures of the assembly and guides on each end.
Which product do you carry that will work with my windows.

Hello,

I'm sure that we have the part that you need but we'll need to see the nylon attachment on the opposite end of the metal channel as well to pick out the correct replacement option for you. Thank you!

Thanks for the photos. However, we need to see photos of the opposite side as well to see the other nylon fitting attached to the balance in order to make a recommendation.

The first three photos are the top the other two are the bottom.

There we go! Perfect! Take a look at our S395-28 channel balance with a 2740 option. Confirm your nylon fittings match up with ours.
