Home Owner from Claremore, OK
We took these out of the windows that r currently in my home. It allows the window to go up and down, but currently no working and need to replace them. There is a #2730 on these.

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-28, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-28, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2730 spring strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!

Thank you so much for getting the window replacements. It worked beautifully. I will be ordering more parts soon, but I will need your help once again for some more parts. I will send you the pictures attached.

1. Alenco window locks

2. Window spring balance, stamped #1530

3. Black clip retained set into the top of the window.

Sincerely,

Valerie

If the end fittings of your new balance match the channels that you replaced previously, see the S390-16 (1530) channel balances.

As for your top sash guides, Alenco windows commonly use the 18-009 but you'll need to review the dimensions below to confirm it matches your original guides.

We also offer the 90-005 sash locks depending on how the hole spacing and backset compare to yours. Just let us know if you need anything else.
