Hi.
I have 6 windows with damaged balancers, but I don't know what series they are or how to identify them.
I would like to remove the top panel but I don't know the procedure.
I am attaching some pictures in hopes that you can give me some advice on how to do the repairs.
I will need to order parts for at least 6 repairs.
I'll really appreciate your kind replay.

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances needed for your window. I'll just need to see a photo of them removed from the window. I'll need to see the top and bottom attachments to identify the correct replacement.

Thank you Jasmine for your reply and link to the videos, I was able to remove the window's channel balances and here are the pics, the metal length is 28" width 1/2"

I ordered part # S350-28 your online catalog shows option 2740 and the stamping on the channel reads 274020. Please review the order so I can get the right parts.

Based on a review of your photos, it appears you have either the S351-28 with a 1" shoe or the S390-28 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.
You'll need to select the 2740 stamp.
