All Pgt windows with broken something

Need new parts and I have two kitchen windows that I can not buge up or bring the balance track down. Can you help me

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an intact channel balance removed from the window. Please include both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley cord. There should also be a stamp code on the metal channel that we'll need to confirm the strength options needed for your replacements.

As for the top sash guide, we can't be sure with yours still installed but the 18-015 would be a good place to start. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to an intact part from one of your windows. Thank you!
