Thanks for reaching out! I am not sure that your lock is made any long but our 38-036 should work as a suitable replacement. Take a look at the diagram below to confirm.
You can use our 36-048 to replace the hinges on the window. You'll need to be sure to replace both the top and bottom hinge at the same time since it is likely our hinges are the same as your existing hardware. The good news is, these should work to replace the hinges and they can be used for both the left and right side.
Your operator appears to be part 39-031 and its opposite part 39-032. However, to be clear, this is an educated guess. The link arm of your operator is obstructed to so it is difficult to know for sure. Compare the dimensions below to confirm that this operator is a match. If the measurement for the smaller arm differs, let me know.
