Thanks for posting. The list is pretty exhaustive, I'm afraid. I'm not even sure where to begin, as there are a great number of possible shoes. That's not to mention the shoes that aren't even made anymore. Could you give me the width and thickness of your original shoe? That would help us determine exactly what you need.

Hello - thanks for your email. I wasn't sure if Jody had shared our previous communication. I'm having trouble measuring them as I can't get into that part of the frame - and they are also broken.. In pieces..

I've had quite a drawn out process trying to fix the windows so I thought if I could just buy 4 of each of the potential matches that you have in stock and return all but the 4 that fit for a refund I'd save some running around and time.

The main part is white with a black "cam" (Like Product Code: 15-047)

The closest I could tell for the measurements was roughly 30mm wide, roughly 10mm deep and I'm not sure how tall.

What do you think?

Thanks so much,

We find it's easier to remove the shoe from the window before you measure it. Your depth also appears to be too thin, I would definitely recommend removing one from the window. You can see our videos below on how this is done.
Like Tom mentioned, there are a LOT of pivot shoes that might work. I'd say a solid third of all pivot shoes we offer. Seeing a picture of your shoe and knowing more precise dimensions would help us narrow it down.
