We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes of your sash lock and tilt latches to narrow down your options. 

As for the spiral balance and tilt latch, we should be able to help, but we'll need to see the front of the pivot shoe and have you write out the exact width and thickness. 

We'll also need to see the end of the spiral detached from the pivot shoe, as we'll as confirm the length and diameter of the housing tube. The diameter should measure 3/8" or 5/8". See the videos related on this page to assist you in the meantime. Thank you!
