Hey, Bill. That number is sometimes associated with our 82-003 handle set. Could this be what you're looking for?

Thank you for getting back to me. I searched (as did my wife so we are in this together) for that referenced number with no success so I cannot comfortably answer your question. I did try to replace the door handle with a product purchased at a retailer with no success as the product I purchased had the screw settings 3 5/16" apart (which appears to be the current standard) and my existing product has the screw settings 3 1/2" inches apart. I would be interested in purchasing a a new handle. The existing unit is probably over 45 years old. Hope this info helps. Your thoughts please. Stay Healthy & Well

If your old handle set had a 3-1/2" hole spacing, then you may want our 82-055 instead. This was specifically designed for Acorn brand doors, though. If you still aren't sure, I'd like to see a photo of what you have now. Seeing the part itself is a lot more reliable than going off of old codes.
