Allen Stevens latch assembly

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to replace Latch Assembly or just C-shape component (overall dimensions: .7" x 1.75", thickness .25", distance between holes 1.38") in my old patio sliding door.

The pictures of the Latch Assembly, C-shape component and Latch component are attached.

There is a text on back side of the Latch component:
