Thanks for writing in! I'm certain we have a replacement for this Alenco window balance. Although, I'll need to see clear photos of the top and bottom attachments on it to identify what you have here.

sorry about that. finally got it out of the window! Here's the additional pictures. let me know if you need additionl images. I guess files were to big to add all of them. thx for your help!

Hi Colleen,

No worries! This window balance reminds me of the S395-28 Channel Balance with a 2740 stamp. Like yours it is assembled with a winged top and wingless bottom shoe.

Be sure to double check that the length is 28".
