Alliance tilt window latches

I have Alliance tilt latch windows. I need to replace the latch that is like your 26-393B however in your drawing where you show a 2-3/8" length, mine are 2-5/8". All other dimensions seem to match. The bottom looks different but has a part #8F and 195 stamped on it along with the patent number 5,139,291.
