It's tough to tell what you have from this photo. Could you show us one clear picture of the bottom nylon attachment and one clear picture of the top nylon attachment? Thank you!

Yep, that's a huge help. I was able to narrow it down to two possible balances. This could be either our S351-30 or S390-30. The only difference between these is the size of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure yours and refer to our dimensions to determine the best one.
