Allside window operator

A handy person from Cottage Grove Minnesota says:

I have a house full of Alside replacement windows, I am in need of a couple af window operators and there part #s, as well as a piece of double Payn low E Argon glass measuring 12 7/8 inches by 27 7/8 inches. I have attached a picture of the window and operator. These are replacement Alside windows about 15 yrs old. Any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately, our company does not handle glass replacements but a local glass shop may be able to assist you. As for your operator, please open the window so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible, which will help us narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!
