I'm unable to upload my photos to you. Here are the dimensions: Length 3 5/16; Width 1 3/16; Height 1/4";
screw hole to screw hole 2 7/16; screw hole to movable latch edge 5/8". Sorry but I can't find the name of the manufacturer.
