Almost the correct part.

Question

Looking to replace an operator. The 39-025 is close. Except 1 1/8 between lower holes. Arm is 2 3/8 between pivot and hole. Also, top hole is slightly off center to the outside. Manufacturer is unknown.

I'm afraid we haven't been able to find anything closer. It looks like your screw holes are fairly large. The 39-025 may still work, if you have wiggle room in that respect.
