Alneco is stamped on the window locks. Balancer replacement is the task

Question

From your mesurment photos this appears to be a 28 inch S390 with a 2740 stamp. However, the 1 1/8 width is 1 3/32. This could be from wear.
I'm getting these parts from the floor that fell out during operation of opening the window. The sash guide found, in the pile of parts, does not match any of the related product pictures on your site. I do not know where this sash guide goes yet. I have not removed the windows yet. I want replacement parts before I remove the window from the sash.

If the shoe is over an 1" deep, I agree that the Series 390 would be our closest match. As mentioned, it could have worn down overtime. See the S390-28 with a 2740 stamp option if that is the original number on your balances.

For the top sash guide, please review the dimensions of the 18-009. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit! The top sash guide installs on the top sides of the window sash to catch the channel balance. I have related installation videos on the page for assistance.
