Alside Casement Windows

These are from Alside casement Windows. I believe their model #0962. They were made in 1998. If you know what felt weathestrip was used on the outer perimeter of the sash would be great also
Thanks

Hi Ray, thank you for posting,

Your original lock is discontinued and no longer available. We cannot guarantee a direct fit, but start by taking a look at the styles of the 38-095 and 38-096. Compare the overall dimensions to see if you think one of these could work for your window.

Unfortunately we are not able to cross reference the weather strip. We would need to see a piece of the original removed with written out dimensions. Thank you!

What is the back locking handle plate for a 38-095

Thanks

Lauren is out of the office but I'd be happy to help. Could you elaborate on the additional information that you're looking for regarding the 38-095? If you're referring to the part that the lock engages with inside the window, it normally locks onto a tie bar as shown in another customer's post here.

The 38-095 is compatible with our 38-158 but you'll need to confirm that yours matches the specifications below since that part is not visible in your photos.
