Markings is either a 5 or a 7. I need 2 Pivot Bars for the window in subject.

Don't be concerned with the length of the pivot bar. The vinyl sash has room to fit it. We believe the screw-hole pattern in our 26-226 pivot bar should match yours. Check that, and use our bar if it matches.
