Hey there. I am afraid I can't narrow down this crank handle from the brand and photo alone. Can you show us the operator it attaches to? A bird's eye view with the operator in full view--both the gear body and arm(s)--would be great. We'll do our best to help from there.

Unfortunately without seeing the whole operator body, including the arm(s) that move the window, it's tough to narrow this down. Even an operator from an identical window in the house would suffice. For now, see the 39-376. I am not certain if this will work, but review the dimensions and specs and see what you think.
