Alside Mezzo double hung vinyl window insert

This is the top window and both sides are broken. I would like to get a part number to replace them if possible. Is it a double or tripple spring?

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't tell how many springs are used per side from these photos. You would have to check a window with an intact balance assembly.

We'd be happy to help ID what you may have but we must identify the pivot shoe first. Can you show us a photo of the old one?
