Need to replace internal tilt latch that broke and window won't stay open.

Are these latches easy to remove and would I need to order both of these items shown?

Yes, the removal process is pretty straight forward. See the video below regarding the steps.

If you're only looking to replace the right hand latch, see the 26-244A.

Received my order replacement for hinge latches, it was perfect and I followed instructions on video on how to replace, it was very easy! Thanks for your assistance, very much appreciated!
