Alside UltraMaxx double tilt 2002

Question

I am looking for some replacement parts for our Alside UltraMaxx double tilt windows that were installed 2002.

The three parts I am looking for are:

1. Pivot bar - couldn't get full measurement because it broke off.
2. Tilt latch activator
3. Cosmetic cover that covers tops and bottoms of window tracks

We can't be sure based on a damaged part but I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 26-226 below to an undamaged pivot bar removed from one of your windows.

Your tilt latch actuator also appears to be damaged but take a look at the 26-119, 26-235, and 26-234 to see if the orientation and dimensions of the legs that attach to the internal latch match up to an undamaged version.

Unfortunately, we do not carry balance covers but a local hardware store may be able to supply the replacements that you're looking for. Thank you.
