It sounds like you need new pivot bars and pivot shoes. We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an intact pivot bar removed from the other side or from an identical window. We'll also need to see a pivot shoe removed from the window jamb. Take a look at the related videos on this page to assist you.
Here are two photos of the pivot pins I need.

They are 3" long and have a number on the back 98-31

Thanks for getting back to us but it doesn't look like your photos came through. The 98-31 stamp on your part has been related to our 26-336 and 26-438 pivot bars in the last, but I can't be sure if either is what you need without photos. Review the specifications below and see what you think.
All dimensions are correct.
Cant figure out how to get the pivot out by none of my pivots are damage.

I agree that as long as the dimensions match up to yours, the 26-438 looks like a match. I'm not quite sure what you mean by not being able to get the pivots out though. If you haven't already, look over the videos related on this page to help you through the process.
