Alside double hung pivot shoe

Have a broken pivot shoe on an Alside brand double hung window circa 2007.

Hello there. This looks like it might be the 15-178, which is 17/32" thick, or the 15-188, which is 1/2" thick. You'll need to remove your old shoe and accurately measure the thickness to see what matches best. Let us know what you find.
