The left-hand tilt latch on one of out Alside vinyl replacement windows has broken and i am looking for a replacement. The tab that holds the window latched has snapped off. I am not sure how these latches can be removed and replaced, either?
Do you offer a replacement? I have attached a photo of the broken latch, which seems to come in about 2 5/8" from the corner, and the Alside serial number info from the label on the top window.
