Alside vinyl pivot bars

A home owner from Denver, Co says:
This is an Alside vinyl window that doesn?t stay up. It looks like the pivot bars snapped off. Both sides look the same. Not sure which part is needed. It is single hung. Thanks!

Hi there- thanks for posting!

The pivot bar most Alside windows use is our 26-226. Please carefully compare our information and measurements to what you have. Besides a broken pivot bar, your metal center cam in your 15-175 coil balance shoe is also broken.

If you have any questions, please get back to us.
